We require 1-to-1 Teaching Assistants qualified to Level 3 to support SEN pupils. You must have energy and passion to inspire and engage children. Requirements:
- To hold an education-based Level 3 qualification
- Hold an enhanced DBS or the desire to get one
- Have a good working knowledge of the national curriculum
- Be committed to connecting with children, understanding their needs, and passionately assisting them
- The ability to collaborate positively with others as a team member
- Demonstrate solid literacy and numeracy skills
- Be able to provide constructive feedback to children whilst maintaining their self-esteem
- Encourage appropriate conduct in accordance with the rules and regulations of the school
