Our schools ask that staff arrive no later than 8:30 AM and if you are working a full day be available to work until 3:30 PM. The reference details you provide must be rooted in educational or childcare positions of employment. In cases where such references are not available, we request the most pertinent professional employment references, sourced from a suitable line manager.
Furthermore, all candidates are required to provide a comprehensive and detailed career history on their application. This allows us to obtain the most current references and discuss any potential gaps in your employment history.

Yes, an Enhanced DBS is a legal requirement to work with children in schools or nurseries. GB Recruitment will be able to process a new certificate with you as part of your registration process and will require you to place this on the update service.
