The role involves working with a small group of SEN pupils, ensuring they have the support needed to reach their full potential.
This full-time position, potentially lasting the entire academic year, requires passion and dedication to the children’s progression through targeted planning and assessments, allowing them to grow in a fun yet focused way.
Successful candidates will possess:
- QTS
- Experience within SEN would be advantageous but not essential
- Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum
- Understanding of children’s emotional, physical, psychological, and educational needs
