Will you require references for me?

Yes, as part of our rigorous registration process, GB Recruitment requires two recent professional educational/employment references prior to extending any offers of employment. In line with Safer Recruitment guidelines, we do not accept open references or testimonials.

The reference details you provide must be rooted in educational or childcare positions of employment. In cases where such references are not available, we request the most pertinent professional employment references, sourced from a suitable line manager.

Furthermore, all candidates are required to provide a comprehensive and detailed career history on their application. This allows us to obtain the most current references and discuss any potential gaps in your employment history.
