Are you a passionate and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work across Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire?
GB Recruitment Staffs Ltd is a specialist Education Supply Agency with over 25 years of experience supporting schools and staff. We are currently recruiting Level 3 qualified SEN Teaching Assistants for supply work in a range of mainstream and specialist schools across the region.

Your Role:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with a variety of special educational needs (e.g., ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD)
- Assist class teachers in delivering personalised learning and care plans
- Help maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment
- Support pupils’ emotional, social, and behavioural development
- Be a reliable and consistent presence for schools during periods of staff absence
Requirements:
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Education, Childcare, or Supporting Teaching and Learning
- Previous experience working with SEN pupils in an education setting (Preferred but not essential)
- A flexible, compassionate, and proactive approach
- Available 5 days a week
- Must hold a full UK driving licence OR be able to access transport
