About the Role
GB Recruitment are seeking enthusiastic, committed, and hard-working Level 3 Nursery Practitioner / Early Years Practitioners to support our busy network of day nurseries across Stoke-on-Trent and Newcastle-under-Lyme. Due to high demand, we are looking for flexible practitioners who are confident working across a variety of early years settings.
You will play a key role in supporting children’s learning, development, and well-being, contributing to a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment. Assignments vary and may include day-to-day cover, short-term placements, and longer-term opportunities, with the potential for full-time employment should our clients decide to appoint directly.
Requirements
- Level 3 qualification in Teaching Assistant, Early Years, Childcare, or an equivalent discipline
- Level 2 practitioners may be considered with suitable experience
- Willingness and ability to travel across Stoke-on-Trent and Newcastle-under-Lyme
- Availability Monday to Friday
- Comfortable working full nursery operating hours (up to approximately 8:00am–6:00pm)
- Reliable, friendly, and committed approach to supporting early years education
- A strong understanding of safeguarding and child development
- Proven experience working in UK early years or educational settings
- Full Right to Work in the UK – GB Recruitment cannot offer or assist with visa sponsorship
