Established in 2000 by Director Tim Griffin, GB Recruitment continues to provide experienced supply staff successfully to Primary, Secondary and SEND Schools and Private Day Nurseries. We proudly serve Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire and Cheshire East.
Over many years, we have supported and employed thousands of staff back into the education system. We pride ourselves on placing Teachers, Teaching Assistants, SEND Assistants, Early Years Practitioners and Cover Supervisors into schools, many of whom have secured a full-time career. Our Education Consultants are trained in current legislation and comply to the highest standards in Safer Recruitment. We are audited by the REC Education Division, and we were one of the first agencies in the country to meet these stringent standards.
GB Recruitment ensure that our staff regularly update their Child Protection Level 1 training in line with current legislation and ensure that they are kept up to date with regular safeguarding updates. Furthermore, all staff must complete the PREVENT training.
We also keep abreast of Disclosure and Barring Service policy through our in-house Umbrella Body. We are scrupulous in safeguarding and will not compromise our standards. Our internal policies ensure confidentiality as well as meeting GDPR and Equal Opportunities guidelines. We remain transparent and openly invite Headteachers, Governors and Business Managers to view our processes.
